Then we arrange for you receive the Tender or Quote Requests directly so you can then provide pricing directly. We then handle all follow ups to ensure you stay on track to win the project and arrange price revisions as necessary.

The whole system is managed kept up to date using a dedicated web tracking CRM software so you can see the status of every call, email and appointments as well as the tenders/quotes received and what has been won.

Basically we have to build you a relationship. This is often not an overnight process, and is not for the Faint Hearted! Luckily we know how CBRE, JLL, NG Bailey, ISS, Engie and Mitie etc. work and we know whats needed to get you approved to work for them.
